*Anthem* is a multiplayer action-adventure game with RPG elements where players control armored exosuits called Javelins to explore an alien world. The core gameplay involves cooperative missions for up to four players, who fight enemies while customizing and upgrading their Javelins across four classes. Set in a futuristic alien landscape, the story follows Freelancers working with factions like the Sentinels and Cypher to combat threats while completing quests from Fort Tarsis.
