Artificial Defense combines elements of a top-down shooter, real-time strategy, and tower defense. Players defend their operating system against intruding enemies using a variety of offensive weapons and defensive towers, while managing resources like RAM to upgrade capabilities. The game progresses through seven hardware levels, evolving from basic systems to quantum AI, across multiple servers and challenges.
