Bardbarian is a hybrid action-adventure game combining elements of tower defense, RPG, and real-time strategy with shmup and snake-style mechanics. The player controls Brad, a barbarian who uses a lute made from an axe to generate musical notes, which serve as a resource for summoning and buffing units to defend a town from waves of enemies. The game features hand-drawn visuals, a rock/metal soundtrack, and a progression system where upgrades and loot collection improve survival chances across increasingly difficult encounters.
