This is a 2D side-scrolling action game. The player controls Nathan "Rad" Spencer, who uses a bionic arm to swing, leap, and shoot while progressing through levels. The story follows Spencer as he attempts to stop General Sabio from launching a missile strike on the island of Papagaya.
