This first-person shooter follows a protagonist battling supernatural enemies in 42 levels. The player starts with basic weapons and acquires more powerful tools while progressing through the story to defeat Tchernobog. The game, an enhanced version of the original *Blood*, includes updated graphics, multiplayer modes, and modding support.
