This is a top-down action game with roguelike elements. Players control Hobo-Man, a homeless superhero with supernatural abilities, navigating a dystopian cyberpunk city to fight crime and corrupt factions using melee and ranged weapons. The story follows his struggle against a secretive organization while dealing with his own apathy and the city's decay.
