This first-person shooter is a sequel to *Call of Duty: Black Ops*, featuring a campaign split between 1986 and 2025. Players control Alex Mason in the past and his son David in the future, both pursuing Raul Menendez, whose actions drive a second Cold War. The game includes a main campaign with branching decisions, Strike Force missions with permadeath, and a standalone Zombies mode set in a post-apocalyptic Nevada.
