This is an action RPG and the third downloadable content expansion for *Dark Souls II*. The game introduces new areas, enemies, and mechanics while maintaining the series' core challenge of combat, exploration, and resource management. Set in the frozen kingdom of Drangleic, the expansion follows a player character seeking to end the reign of the Ivory King and uncover the truth behind the spreading curse.
