Isaac Clarke, an engineer, is sent to repair the USG Ishimura, a massive starship, but finds the crew slaughtered and infected by an alien force. He must survive against hostile creatures called necromorphs while uncovering the cause of the outbreak and searching for his missing partner, Nicole. The game combines action-adventure gameplay with psychological horror as Isaac’s sanity deteriorates.
