A hybrid game combining tower defense and action RPG elements, *Dungeon Defenders* involves players defending against enemy waves by building and upgrading defensive structures. Set in the fantasy world of Etheria, the story follows apprentices who accidentally unleash evil forces after tampering with sealed crystals. Players choose from twelve distinct classes, each with unique defensive strategies, equipment upgrades, and optional summonable pets to aid in combat.
