This is a tactical survival horror game set in a secret research lab on a remote asteroid. The player controls a character with one limb missing and infected by a parasite, manually performing actions like reloading and moving while fighting mutated monsters and managing health via a parasite burrowing mechanic. The game features stealth sections, puzzles, a narrative-driven story, and boss fights with manual gun loading mechanics.
