Forts is a physics-based real-time strategy game where players design and construct custom bases, arm them with weapons, and attempt to destroy opponents' fortifications. Core gameplay involves collecting resources, expanding a tech tree, and deploying various weapons to exploit structural weaknesses, with matches playable solo, cooperatively, or competitively against up to eight players. The game features three factions, ten unlockable weapons, commander characters with unique abilities, and includes a single-player campaign, skirmish mode, and a level editor.
