Hand of Fate combines deck-building mechanics with rogue-like and hack-and-slash gameplay. Players draw cards representing items, encounters, or characters to progress through a story narrated by the Dealer, who also acts as the opponent. Combat occurs in real-time 3D arenas, while the goal involves building a stronger deck to overcome obstacles and defeat bosses.
