The game features three distinct character classes—Paladin, Priest, and Thief—each with its own narrative, and employs a mix of combat, investigation, and interrogation mechanics, including the use of torture tools to extract confessions. The open-ended world includes over 30 surface areas, 37 dungeon complexes, and extensive lore, with choices shaping the story amid themes of betrayal, madness, and supernatural corruption.
