This is a puzzle-platform adventure game where players control Six, a starving child escaping a grotesque vessel called the Maw. The core mechanics involve stealth, exploration, and environmental manipulation, as Six navigates hazards and avoids hostile inhabitants without combat abilities. The narrative follows her journey to flee the Maw, with additional downloadable content shifting perspective to another child, the Runaway Kid, through three expanded chapters.
