This action RPG sequel continues the story of Talion, a ranger possessed by the spirit of Celebrimbor, who seeks to build an army of orcs and trolls using a Ring of Power to challenge Sauron. The game features an improved Nemesis system, where enemies evolve and adapt based on player actions, altering the world and its inhabitants across playthroughs. Set in Middle-earth between the events of *The Hobbit* and *The Lord of the Rings*, the narrative includes the fall of Minas Ithil, which transforms into Minas Morgul, blending elements from Tolkien’s books and Peter Jackson’s films.
