This is a beat 'em up game set in an alternate 1980s USSR where four street fighters become test subjects for a drug called Necro. Players progress through levels by defeating enemies in sections, using melee attacks, weapons, and health regeneration via the drug, with a choice to enhance combat abilities at a cost. The game supports solo or four-player co-op play, featuring boss fights at the end of each level.
