This action RPG is a sequel to *NieR* and part of the *Drakenguard* series, set during a war between humans and machines. Players control android warrior 2B, whose story explores themes of emotion and autonomy, while engaging in combat that blends RPG progression with action mechanics, platforming, and quick-time events. The open-world setting features side quests, exploration on foot or via mounts and mechs, and NPC interactions in a post-apocalyptic Earth.
