Players chose between vampires or humans in class-based combat, with vampires using melee and supernatural abilities while humans relied on ranged weapons, each class having unique roles. The game featured two modes—Deathmatch, where teams competed to eliminate opponents, and Flashpoint, where humans captured points while vampires defended them—before its closure in 2016.
