Set thirty years after the failure of the Space Colonization Program, *planetarian HD* is a visual novel with light simulation elements where humanity faces near extinction due to perpetual deadly rain. The player follows a scavenger known as a Junker who enters a ruined "Sarcophagus City" and encounters Hoshino Yumemi, a companion robot operating a planetarium. The story revolves around repairing the planetarium projector while exploring themes of memory, hope, and human connection.
