This game is a third-person action-adventure title and the third installment in its series. Core mechanics include acrobatic platforming, combat with a dagger (later the Dagger of Time), and limited transformations into the Dark Prince for faster combat. The story follows the Prince as he attempts to restore the timeline after preventing the Sands of Time from ever existing, leading him to Babylon under siege and a quest to rescue Kaileena.
