A 3D action rogue-like game set in a post-post-apocalyptic world ravaged by two apocalypses. Players control a teenage protagonist who explores a shifting, radioactive wasteland called the Fallow, battling unknown creatures while searching for a way to restore life to the barren landscape. The deeper they venture, the more they risk exposure to toxins that mutate their body, granting new abilities at the cost of their humanity.
