This is a cooperative action-RPG with massively multiplayer elements, where players form teams to hunt monsters in a retro-pixelated top-down environment. The core gameplay involves combat with fantasy firearms, progressing through quests in various realms from a central safe zone called the Nexus, culminating in boss encounters. The setting follows a narrative where players, kidnapped by the mad god Oryx, fight to survive in his dark dimension, with permanent death and lost equipment upon character demise.
