A first-person simulation game, *Slime Rancher* involves managing a ranch on an alien planet where the player raises and breeds various slimes. The story follows Beatrix LeBeau, a rancher traveling to the Far, Far Range to establish her business, uncovering lore through environmental notes and communications with a friend back on Earth.
