This is a top-down action racing game where players control sperm navigating through procedurally generated uteruses or throats. The core gameplay involves avoiding obstacles, using weapons like lasers and ion torpedoes, and collecting deposits to upgrade equipment for future attempts. The setting is a surreal, competitive environment where survival leads to gestating a "gnomeling" as a trophy, with the possibility of ending up digested by the host.
