This is a side-scrolling beat 'em up action-adventure game. The player controls Rick as he fights through grotesque enemies using melee attacks, weapons, and the Terror Mask's power-ups. The story follows Rick's pursuit of Dr. West across a nightmarish mansion and other settings to rescue his kidnapped girlfriend Jennifer.
