The game is an open-world action shooter with adventure elements set in 2027 Sun City, where a corrupted energy drink has turned most of the population into aggressive mutants. Players control a Fizzco employee with extensive movement abilities, including wall-running and high jumps, while using a variety of unconventional weapons to combat diverse enemy types. The story follows the protagonist navigating a chaotic urban environment, aided by eccentric factions and a guidance system to progress through missions.
