This is a 2D action-adventure platformer where players control Simon Belmont, a member of the Belmont clan, who must defeat Dracula and his minions using a whip and various secondary weapons. The game consists of 11 stages set in different locations, ranging from the countryside to Dracula's Castle, featuring traps and enemies that must be overcome. The story follows the Belmont clan's eternal fight against Dracula, whose resurrection is attempted every century due to weakening powers of good.
