This is an adventure game featuring point-and-click mechanics. The player controls Guybrush Threepwood as he navigates puzzles while sailing the Caribbean, defending Mer-People from pox-plagued pirates, and searching for a cure to the Pox of LeChuck. The story follows Guybrush’s quest to stop the spread of the infection while dealing with his arch-nemesis and a pirate hunter pursuing him.
