Gameplay focuses on tactical reinforcement deployment using limited points, with units gaining experience and surviving missions for future use, while panic mechanics and unit stats influence combat effectiveness. The single-player campaign includes four narrative-driven scenarios, and additional units can be unlocked through earned command stars in both single-player and multiplayer modes.
