Set in a post-apocalyptic London following a zombie outbreak, the game combines survival combat with exploration and scavenger-hunt mechanics as players search for a cure. Players can use firearms, melee weapons, and improvised tools like Molotov cocktails while encountering different zombie variants, including exploding and acid-spitting types. If killed by a zombie, the player becomes a playable zombie with retained inventory, allowing others to loot or reclaim items in both single-player and multiplayer modes.
